Who We Are

We are a Vancouver, Canada-based group of parents whose kids love playing organized sports. As parent volunteers who help our youth sports leagues with activities and fundraisers, we know firsthand how a manual volunteer process - using paper forms, email and Excel - can take countless hours to manage.

So to help our youth sports leagues, we built a highly specialized volunteer management system that’s dedicated to helping administrators and staff eliminate time spent with an outdated manual volunteer process. With our system, league staff can take back hundreds of hours previously spent on a manual process and use those time savings on the more important job of running their sports programs.
